One of the biggest problems I have had in my life was lack of focus and structure. I never thought anything through. Must be that ADHD shit. On top of that, I prided myself on being the kind of guy who flew by the seat of his pants. Truth be told, I am still that guy but mindfulness comes into play and the game changes. (read more)
