Where attention goes energy flows is the old saying. I have learned over the years it's very true. Trying to find positive energy can be difficult until you realize it is within you. Building self sabotaging behaviors which lead to self fulfilling prophecies is never fun. Keep your eyes locked on the prize and know you will get there within time.
