So in an unfortunate twist in events, the 108 Sun Salutations event I was hosting at Rakow Center in Carpentersville is canceled due to low attendance. This makes me sad for so many reasons, and it has been a very sharp kick in the balls for me. Not because of defeat, but because I allowed it to happen. (read more)
