Yesterday I made a nice visit to the Blue Lotus Temple to see my friend Bhante Sujatha who is a wonderful person and is always full of great information and I feel is a huge part of my growth. He has been a monk since 11 and has so many fascinating stories. Our show this week was the art of service and ironically, Bhante's dharma talk was on this topic. (read more)
The walk on the journey is unpredictable but we can navigate through it because we are ready
