GRATITUDE CHRONICLES: SLOW DOWN AND LISTEN

So if you haven't listened the show, I will let you know I am currently enrolled in a yoga teacher training program for 200 hours and although I haven't been in the class very long, it has been a life changing experience. Click here to read

THE GRATITUDE CHRONICLES

I will be writing a weekly column called  THE GRATITUDE CHRONICLES .  This will be hosted on Tmblr and I will update it every Tuesday.  I will be starting it tomorrow, so please check it out.

EPISODE XI MUSIC

Here is all the music from the 11th episode of Breathe N Bounce...   ZHU- THE GOOD LIFE This is just a great chill song and it talks about what we are looking for.  The good life.  And the theme of this is finding a mentor to help you cultivate that good life that everyone who just wants to do well deserves/. PETER FRAMPTON - SHOW ME THE WAY One of the longest solos on any live album was recorded by this legendary artist.  Once again keeping with the theme of "mentorship" on this, I wanted to find an acoustic version of cover of this song, and to find this version by the original artist was smashing. THE SMITHS - PLEASE PLEASE LET ME GET WHAT I WANT This song was basically filler.  I needed to find something and when I looked for a list of short songs, this one I thought was really good.  Morrisey's voice is so unmistakable and beautiful so I used it for that reason.

BREATHE N BOUNCE IS NOW ON SPOTIFY

The show just got onto spotify so you can follow us there.  This is  very thrilling and we hope we can tap into some new folks who want to feel the love.  I have added the link to our links page to the right.  Click and follow and share us to the world.

EPISODE X MUSIC

Here is the music from the show with Kate Rice. LINKIN PARK-SOMEWHERE I BELONG When we discuss trauma and mental health, you can always count on a good LP song to be featured on the show.  The song discusses about finding a place where you can fit in and be yourself.  Find real connections. CHVRCHES-BURY IT Whenever we deal with trauma , we just want to bury it.  We don't want to face it.  The song is different from what I am saying, but that was the feeling why I used this song BORGORE-SET FREE Yael does the vocals on this song that will make you want to dance all over the room

EPISODE IX MUSIC

Here is the music for a very emotional deep episode here on Breathe N Bounce. EXCISION, ILLENIUM, I PREVAIL - FEEL SOMETHING The dubstep was taken off the show version, but this includes it.  Very powerful song.  I love it.  Illenium has an album called Fallen Embers you should check it out. THE KLF - BUILD A FIRE THE KLF has one of the most memorable hooks in a song back in the 90s and when we practice yoga, we build heat.  We build a fire inside our selves DEORRO-FEELIN PRETTY GOOD We needed something happy after all the heavy stuff we discussed on the show.  It's called Release and Restore for a reason.  This song is your official restore song.

EPISOIDE VIII MUSIC

Hello again everyone.  Let's get caught up here NERVO - HOLD ON The Aussie twins have some great tracks but this is one of the best.  Very inspiring and we all need to hold on.  We will get through things ENYA-ONLY IF She has the most hypnotizing voice you'll ever hear.  We talked about it.  If you want to, you can find a way. AXWELL^INGROSSO-SOMETHING NEW We are always looking for something new. Trying something new.  Doing something new.  We can belong to something new as well

EPISODE VII MUSIC

Here is the music from the Haley Singer episode THE NOISETTES-WHEN YOU WERE YOUNG This is a remake of the Killers track off of their Sam's Town album and I liked this variation of it with the violins and the female singer. It was a bittersweet song for me as we talked about the interview (that didn't make the show but you can hear it  here ) because Haley started her business at the same time I started the Strictline, my entertainment business. RACHAEL IANIRO-MAGIC POWER Another remake on the show this week.  This time this young lady Rachael does a spectacular job covering Triumph's Magic Power.  We all have magic no matter how young or how old we are.  As we alluded to at the end of the show Haley is getting started early while I am starting late. LOL LANE 8 - KEEP ON You are going to hear Lane 8 alot on this show so you might as well get to know him now. This is one of his more popular tracks that people know.  It's all about keeping on track like the s...
