Mental health is one of the biggest issues out there today.  Poor mental health treatments and programs have been responsible for making symptoms worse for many patients.  Sometimes life gets to be too much and some see only one way out.  I have contemplated and attempted to take that way out and I talk about some of my stories and my challenges, but I talk about the journey I have taken to understand what life truly is and what it can be
