EPISODE LXIII: IF THEY DON'T YOU DO

We give people all of us, especially when we believe we are close with them.  Whether it's someone you're interested in, a "good" friend, a prospective romantic relationship, or family member; there are times we feel like they aren't with us.  They don't appreciate us, and it is so hard to stop ourselves from chasing people down and convincing them we care about them.  So I just talk about learning how to let go of them and hold onto you with lots of grace and self love.
