BREATHE N BOUNCE

  The Christmas episode of Breathe N Bounce.  I talk about memories I had growing up as a kid and as an adult, Christmas traditions I partook in and a special message for those who are struggling with loss and loneliness during this season.  Lots of great Christmas music and positive thoughts and vibes are headed your way as we head to day one of 2024 and the rest of your life. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! I decided to write about something personal this week which isn't different from any other week because I try to get personal and honest because that is who I am. I wear my emotions on my sleeve, I can't hide how I feel and for someone who is decent a poker, I wear tells on my face like Jason and his hockey mask. For the longest time, I didn't know what love was. When I was younger I thought love was like what is was on the movies. Maybe a little hallmarkey. I always was a hopeless romantic, still am to this day. However, I went to a dark place and thought I knew what it was and instead I hurt someone very close to me for fear of losing them.
