When I first wrote this, I spoke about many of the events that happened in some detail and how I personally felt about them. For some reason it wouldn't let me post. I think the universe wanted me to think about this again and come back. So that is what I am doing, hence why I'm a day late and not a dollar short.(read more)

EPISODE CXV: THE FALL AND THE RISE

 This last month has been really tough for me, and I have had many mental health moments.  Depressing moments, panic attacks, and I crashed out yesterday.  I talk about how that felt and what I do to move forward and not be to hard on myself for it.

EPISODE CXIV: THE LABOR OF LIFE

 Happy Labor Day.  Imagine a holiday to celebrate working.  Who comes up with this things?  Maybe we should evaluate our happiness and what we are doing with ourselves.  We want happiness love and acceptance.  How can we do these things?  We can start with ourselves and begin on this Labor Day
