EPISODE XXVIII: DAY ONE


Yes it's day one of a new year, but it that really day one?  What does it mean?  Can you reset the calendar and begin again?  We talk about that and so much more.  Plus I get into my setback a little bit as well as my 2023 ended on a super low note.  This picture was taken on Thursday, the day the shit hit the fan.  You can see I don't look very happy.  However, we learn, we grow, and we proceed.
