As we begin a new year, it gives us a chance to make a plan or resolutions.  However what I talk about is maybe a theme for your life versus empty resolutions may help you change.  It's all about giving yourself a fighting chance to win, seize opportunity and smell the roses.  You can do this.  We all can.  Because we all rule!
