 There is a saying. How you do one thing is how you do everything. I never noticed that before until recently since I took one hundred percent ownership of everything I do.  I take a look at how time effects each one of us.  So how do we negotiate this?  Can we make time an enemy or a friend?  I also take a look at the origin of time for a moment, and we work on a mindful exercise in the end to prioritize what we want in life and how to find time to get it.
